) found in the Reading & Study folder of Module/Week 2 about a court case fought over a special education situation.

You will be writing a review of at least 3 pages, in current APA format, with a title page.  Be sure to consider why it is important to know the laws surrounding students with disabilities; determine where the school fell short in the case, and why it is important to correctly identify and label students with disabilities. Provide a rationale for your diagnostic impressions using criteria from the article and at least two other sources. The goal is to present, in writing, the basis for your diagnostic impressions.
