After completing the assigned reading for this module, complete the following:

1. Review the sample brief on p. 25 of your textbook.
2. Using a sample brief  and the  Case Brief Instuctions as a guide, prepare a case brief on one of the following cases: 
   • Washington v. Glucksberg (1997)
   • Melinda Speelman v. Bellingham Housing Authority (2013)
