ANALYSIS REQUIREMENTS:

Based on your readings, current literature,  and the Fraud Examiners Manual analyze the case using the following template as a guide  Week 4 Case Template.docx

• Prepare an engagement letter (you may use and/or modify any samples you find in the Appendices of the Fraud Examiner's Manual as a starting point)
• Create a policy and procedure for 1 of the 3 areas sited by the auditors in this case.  Discuss how you think your policies and procedures will assist this company on their next audit as it relates to management's fraud-related responsibilities and fraud prevention programs outlined in the Fraud Examiner's Manual. 

WRITING REQUIREMENTS:

•      3 pages total (not including title page, abstract or reference page)
• Proper APA format for references and citations
•         Be sure your policies and procedures are in a format that could be placed in an employee handbook.  This can be embedded in the document as an exhibit
•        Minimum of 3 scholarly sources not including the textbook
