Imagine that you are a middle school counselor who must become more intentional about promoting the college and career readiness culture of the school.

Review the unit resources, then take a few moments to prepare notes for a "sales pitch" to deliver in a faculty meeting to engage others to become more intentional about creating a college and career readiness culture.

In addition, briefly identify developmentally appropriate college and career readiness topics you would want to incorporate into college and career counseling programs for students in grades 6–8.
