Submit care plans on the care of the patient during  :

            Pregnancy

            Labor and Delivery

            Post-partum

Submit 1 care plans for each. 

Format should have: 

    Assessment

    Nursing Diagnosis

    Planning

    Implementation

    Evaluation

It should be typewritten. 

2).

Identify OUTREACH ( Government agencies) in your community ( area where you live) Indianapolis, that provide free health care for services for pregnant women and newborns.

Programs such as:Prenatal Clinic and or  Family Planning Centers e.g  WIC Clinics, etc. 

Write a  paper relating the services that they provide.  

Please include health education teachings for the pregnant women in your community that also includes  educating them about the services that is available within your community.
