The Key Assignment for this term is to prepare a case study analysis that focuses on the effects of business decisions and leadership with respect to business performance in the U.S. markets as well as potential expansion and growth in global markets.

Selecting a Company for Analysis

• Select an American company from the CTU database. Click here for directions. The company must meet the following criteria:
  • Has fewer than 500 employees
  • Has been in business for at least 5 years
  • Is based in the United States but has some international connections (customers, suppliers, partners, or outlets)
• Write a 750–1,000-word paper that documents your company choice for the case study. Include the following elements in your paper:
  • A description of the company; be sure to include the following points:
    • When it was created
    • The industry in which it operates
    • Where it is located
    • Its general corporate structure or organization
    • Its leadership
  • An explanation of why this company was selected for study
• Use 5–8 sources
• Use the APA style (double-spaced, use of headings, correct citations and sourcing)
