Ten page paper not including the cover and reference pages that includes the Introduction, Community Needs, Social Determinates of Health, and Role of the FNP sections of their capstone presentation project based on the community needs and Healthy People 2030 objectives for the community. 

Original instructions: The paper's requirements include a specific population focus, detailing social determinants of health, and cultural and ethnic diversity. The paper should detail primary and secondary prevention, disease process (pathophysiology), epidemiology (specific to the US population), diagnostic measures (including pertinent lab tests), diagnosis (including three pertinent differential diagnoses with rational), FNP evaluation and management (including pharmacology), interprofessional collaboration or referral to another specialist, patient education, and the specific role of the nurse practitioner in the management of this patient utilizing the Shuler framework as a foundation. The paper must be in APA format (current 7th edition) with all the references and in-text citations in the correct format.
