Case Information Select a court case from the Westlaw database (different one) for an area of fraud related to billing schemes.  Review the video titled  Handling Client Engagements from the ACFE at  http://www.acfe.com/vid.aspx?id=4294991163 Analysis Requirements:

Based on your readings, the video, current literature, and the Fraud Examiners Manual analyze the case and complete the following:

· Identify the specific fraud committed in this case.

· Prepare an engagement letter for your client to investigate the fraud in this class (you may use and/or modify any samples you find in the Appendices of the Fraud Examiner's Manual as a starting point).

· Discuss the various elements you included in your engagement letter.

Writing Requirements:

· 3 pages  including the Engagement Letter (not including title page, abstract or reference page)

· Proper APA format and any special formatting required in this case which can be embedded or added in as an Appendix to your document)

· Minimum of 3 scholarly sources not including your textbook
