 As we have seen, resource identification and resource allocation are two different activities. After identifying resource requirements, as project managers, you have to negotiate with functional managers for obtaining the planned resources. What questions would you ask the functional manager to make sure his department's suggested resources are the best fit for your project? Please suggest at least two questions for the functional manager and comment on at least one of your colleagues' answers: why would you agree or not with their suggested questions.
