1. (Marketing Plan Environmental Analysis)

By now, you should have gathered a significant amount of information to use as you develop your marketing plan. In this assignment, you will submit the first section, the Environmental Analysis. This section should be well organized and written using complete sentences. Include specific details, statistics, and any other available evidence to support your analysis. Make sure to include the following components: 

1. Include details about the marketing environment for your company’s product. Be sure to identify competitive, economic, political, legal/regulatory, technological, and sociocultural forces that affect the marketing environment.
2. Describe the current target market(s) for your company’s product.
   • What are the demographic, psychographic, and product usage characteristics of the target markets?
   • What are the current needs of each of those target markets, and how are those needs expected to change?
   • How well is the company’s current product meeting those needs?
3. Discuss the current marketing objectives and performance. Are the current objectives appropriate or sufficient for the changing marketing environment?

Your Environmental Analysis should be 400-600 words long. Submit your completed assignment using the link below the rubric.

2. (Marketing Plan Swat Analysis) 

n this assignment, you will submit the second section of your marketing plan, the SWOT Analysis. This section should be well organized and written using complete sentences. Include specific details, statistics, and any other available evidence to support your analysis. Make sure to include an analysis of each of the following areas:

1. Strengths
2. Weaknesses
3. Opportunities
4. Threats
5. Ways to match strengths to opportunities
6. Ways to convert weaknesses into strengths and threats into opportunities

 Your SWOT Analysis should be 300-400 words long. Submit your completed assignment using the link below the rubric.
