Outline:

He was talked into the idea of starting the airline company by Rollin King and John Parker. 

he became the company's chairman CEO and president in 1982. 

He closely monitored and approved any expenditure over 1000 dollars. 

He received a law degree from New York University in 1956. And learned the rest on the job. 

He made sure to create a fun loving environment in the work place. 

Was very tight with money. 

And cultivated the media to attract people to his company.
