First, select an organization that you are familiar with (work, school, or other groups) and detail one challenge (i.e. competition, technology, quality, motivation, diversity, or ethics) that the organization faces.  Second, detail one “micro-organizational behavior” (i.e. behavior of individuals and groups) and one “macro-organizational behavior” (i.e. organization-wide issues) that will or does impact the challenges.  Please be specific in your examples.
