Business Structure Essay

This unit’s assigned reading explores the three major forms of business structure: Sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations. Prepare a succinct essay that demonstrates how the choice of structure can impact business operations and owner liability. Describe each structure, then compare and contrast the legal advantages and disadvantages of each. Support your assertions with at least three peer reviewed or professional legal or business journal articles in addition to the text. Concrete examples from personal experience may be used to illustrate salient points.
