Business Strategic Management System. IKEA Value Chain analyzes

You are to prepare a written analysis of a case about IKEA Home Furnishings (USA).  You will be expected to carefully analyze the case (IKEA) using the models from class (Value Chain) and develop sound conclusions and recommendations.  You should demonstrate through the analysis your ability to apply the concepts from the class to a real business situation.

The analysis should be seven to eight pages including a (graphs, charts, tables or  figures) , double spaced, 12-point font, 1 inch margins.  Also, I will need all references in MLA format.  I will attach a powerpoint that might assist with the development of this case study.  I am far more interested in your analysis and application of course material to your organization than providing tangential information. Also, we are using  Strategic Management: Concepts and Tools for Creating Real World Strategy, Dyer, Godfrey, Jensen, and Bryce. Wiley. ISBN: 978-1-119-13475-6  book in our class but I do not have a Pdf version of it to upload it. If you have access  to this book one chapter is dedicated to Chain Value which will be a great source to use.
