Each person will be assigned a business scenario to analyze.

Write a paper one-page minimum, two-page maximum answering the points below regarding your given scenario

The paper must include the following:

• Description of the scenario
• Identify the challenge or issue you are facing in the scenario
• Recommend a strategy to solve the problem
• Describe the structure and how you will implement your strategy
• Explain how the different elements of the organization will be affected by your strategy. (Use different elements of the organization such as finance, operations, human resources, marketing, product development, etc.)
• Identify the risk associated with your recommendation and what you would do to manage these risks.

You have been asked to start a youth program in your neighborhood. You have background in youth counseling but are not quite sure how to organize such a program.  How would you go about setting up the program?  There is money available for the program, but a formal document must be submitted to get the money.

Make sure that paper is double spaced, times new roman font, and 12-point size.

Heading should be single space on the right side of the first page stating the following:

• Name
• Assignment Due Date
• Course Prefix/ Name of course
• Reference Number
• Assignment Name
