Describe your selected town in detail, focusing on an overview of the demographics and existing local businesses within that city. Create a compelling argument for a type of business or service that is missing within the city that would cater to a group that is underrepresented by the current businesses or services. (3-4 pages)    

Include an Executive Summary with your completed report. (between 1/2 to 3/4 of a page)

Give an overview about the city. who live there? why you picked this group? what is available for people who live there ?  What type of business is missing / should be created?

Conclusion: what groups are underserved and what type of business should be included
