Create your own company or organization. This organization should address the needs and wants of consumers in Toronto, Canada

Instructions:

1. Use the steps in the making process (attached to this assignment)  to show how the organization's NAME and PURPOSE were chosen.

2. Prepare for your organization:

         a) Mission statement

         b) Strategic plans 

         c) Short-range plans 

         d) Long-range plans

         e) Policies (should include 2) and Procedures for the organization

         f) A hierarchy chart for the organization (rationalize the choice made) i.e. Functional,  Matrix, or Divisional - Product, Geographical, Customer, Process

        g) SWOT analysis for the organization. Include at least 3 points for each of S, W, O, T

3. Describe the two top problems that your organization could encounter in the strategic implementation process.
