Business Proposal Assignment Guidelines

Due Date: NO LATER THAN April 28 at 12 PM 

· The following elements should be included (further details are available in Chapter 9 Table 9.2): cover page, executive summary, background, proposal, market analysis, benefits, timeline, marketing plan, finance and conclusion). 

· Your report should be 5 to 7 pages total (including the cover page). 

· Keep in mind that it may be difficult to effectively cover all of the elements required in 5 pages (especially since 1 page is a cover page) 

· You have a lot of flexibility for how you design this proposal: 

o You can be a business owner who is trying to gain an investor 

o You can work for an existing business already 

o You can propose an idea, a service or a product 

o Your location and audience can be anywhere that you choose
