Assignment: Read the Harvard Business Review article titled " How Netflix Expanded to 190 Countries in 7 Years" and prepare a two page report on Netflix's international expansion and growth strategy. I expect you to use the knowledge you learned from the materials we discussed thus far, especially chapter 6 (how to compete in international markets) and other concepts we discussed in class from the book such as how to create value and therefore create and sustain a competitive advantage. I expect the report to address important items such as what challenges has the company faced that it made its international experience unique? what steps it took to overcome those challenges? detailed explanations of their global expansion, and of course some numbers that show whether they succeeded
