Business Plan for a Diner set-up for a new business

Need a Business Plan PowerPoint Presentation, 3 minutes long.  The business plan is for starting a restaurant  (small diner) in the city of Danville, VA (River District Section).  Please research the city of Danville, VA and use this info as a reference.  The overall goal is to explain how opening this diner can be beneficial to the city.
