Need to have a start up cost, monthly operating expenses, break even analysis and the income and cash flow statement worksheets for a small diner NOT a restaurant in the city of Danville, VA.  No start up money and funded from a loan of $30,000.  The monthly lease is $1200. The building has a total  of 10 booths and minor renovations is needed.  Also will start with 3 staff members to include the owner. Need the requested sheets as well as a break down of how you came up with the numbers used. Research the city of Danville for accurate numbers.
