we are doing a group of business plan, we were created a wheel shoes try to sell it.(I put the pic on the bottom, its three wheels instead two wheels in the pic).  My part is doing the Organization strategy and Strategic analysis.  So just follow those question to finish it!

Here are some detail: 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY

1.Company history ( 1 point) 

–Introduce the company you are analyzing, briefly discuss how it was initially formed and any major changes in its development 

(i.e. when it was incorporated, became international, any mergers or acquisitions, or any other significant organizational /business changes it went through)

2. Market/Industry –  ( 1 point) 

Describe the industry your company is in and the current market trends in it

3. Organizational Structure ( 1 point) 

What is the organizational structure? Will additional workforce be necessary?

4. How will the product extension impact the organization? ( 1 point) 

What employee motivational strategies and rewards systems will be used in the production of the extension? How about deterrence for misbehavior? ( 1 point)

STRATEGIC ANALYSIS 

1. How will your extension allow the company to be more competitive in the marketplace? ( e.g. high profit/ popularity/ product mix diversity, etc. )  (1 point)

2. Develop a positioning for the product extension compared to your competitors   (1 point)

3. Identify and discuss the most influential business/environment factors or ISSUES affecting your company (social, economic and legal, technological, global).

SWOT -Develop and present a SWOT Analysis for the extension   (2 points)
