1. Describe an environment where you have high cohesiveness and group goals are aligned with organizational goals. What are the advantages? What are the potential disadvantages? Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings. 

2.   Identify and explain at least four factors of group effectiveness. Give examples of how each component may or may not work when contributing to group effectiveness. Give examples of each based on experiences you have had at a job. Respond to at least two of your classmates’ postings.
