My ePortfolio includes several key artifacts that demonstrate my academic and professional development throughout the MBA program. The primary artifact is a strategic business plan and SWOT analysis developed for Riverstone Elite Cleaning, which showcases my ability to apply strategic frameworks, financial planning, and operational design to a real-world business. In addition, I have included financial analysis assignments, leadership reflections, and strategic management discussions that highlight my ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable solutions. To further strengthen my ePortfolio, I plan to add a resume tailored to executive-level roles, a consulting-style case study, and potentially a recorded presentation or pitch deck that demonstrates my communication and leadership abilities. Together, these artifacts provide a comprehensive view of my skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business execution.

As an example of my interdisciplinary background and preparation for a successful career in medicine, this semester I chose to include several relevant artifacts into my ePortfolio. Those include the reports on data analyses, as well as some Python code, generated while being employed by Visionaries Products as a Project Manager, indicating my coding skills and the ability to analyze complex research data. Additionally, I decided to include some reflections written during my MBA courses, at American Public University, as well as laboratory assignments in neuroscience and biology completed during my time as an undergraduate student at University of Pittsburgh. In order to enrich my ePortfolio in the coming months, I intend to include my personal statement for medical schools' application process, along with reflections on case studies, preferably involving cardiology, neurology, or emergency situations, as well as any future research work or volunteering.
