Business memorandum

 -Need it by Thursday at 2 pm in Pacific Time zone

Is technology biased? In this memorandum, J.D. Hall and Associates was just hired by a social justice nonprofit organization that believes their are biases in technology and they want to combat it but there do not know where to start. 

Section 1: A recap of the CNN Video (  http://www.cnn.com/videos/cnnmoney/2017/05/10/can-tech-be-biased-cnnmoney.cnnmoney ) in the module of at least 200 words.

Section 2: List at least two technologies where they may be bias and include a link to at least one product or service that uses each technology. 

Section 3: Recommend what area of technology they should spend their time bringing an awareness of bias to the public.
