Midterm Assignment:

The midterm will be a paper of 4-5 pages in length. Paper must be double spaced, Times Roman 12, use paragraphs and write in the third person.  DO NOT write “I believe” and/ or “I think”. To avoid losing credit for poor grammar or misspelling, you should have your paper reviewed by the Writing Center available at Brooklyn College.  You must have at least four sources no more than one may be a handout from me. You can use APA or MLA citations. A good resource for citation is the website Owl Purdue.

Should Student loan debt be undischarged in bankruptcy? I am including in the email an article regarding "Canceling Student Debt: Is $10,000 Too Much or Not Enough?" but there are many examples. Pick an event or case in this area and explain its relevance to privacy law.
