Scenario:  You and five friends are partners in TechnoWare, Inc., a business that sells  software programs to other businesses and organizations.  Recently, two of TechnoWare’s partners developed a new anti-malware software program.  All the partners are concerned about protecting TechnoWare’s new intellectual property.  You are charged with researching this problem and reporting back to the other partners.
