Business HELP

I am trying to open my own homehealth care agency. I need some help coming up with some service we can offer. I have a couple of services we can offer including Companionship, Homemaker, Meal preparation, Volunteer care, Senior care, Temporary care, so i need like four more we can offer. I also would love to come up with a mission and a vision. I have came up with a short mission and hope you can help me add to it and come up with a vision, My mission i have came up with consist of:

The mission of this business is to offer quality, caring, and loving care to the clients we serve by being patient, compassionate, and conscious of their need. 

So hopefully you can help me put something else with this mission and come up with a vision. The mission and vision can be a paragraph a piece.
