<< Talk as a leader speaking to the future leadership of your company. >>

Consider all the various concepts that have been discussed during class and the impact that leadership has on each one.

Be sure your presentation includes:

· Title page

· How would you define the 21st century business leader?

· What type of characteristics will those new leaders have?

· What impact will leadership have on the development of business structures and models?

· How will 21st century leaders handle ethical, legal, and social responsibilities and diversity and inclusion?

· How will leaders view the role and responsibility of teams?

· What new ways of using technology could these leaders embrace?

· How could new emerging business trends affect the future of leadership?

· Reference page

Submit the Presentation with Your Camera On, talking through the slides.

Length: 5-7 slides, excluding title and reference pages.

References: Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.

Best Practices for Recorded Presentations

· Avoid complete sentences on slides; It will be easier for your audience to capture and remember your ideas with short phrases after bullets

· Use more graphics.

· To keep your listeners engaged:

· sound enthusiastic

· use inflection in your voice

· utilize strategic pauses to highlight key points

· Always begin and end a presentation with the "why" - what is the benefit of this presentation for your audience?

· Place references at the bottom of the slide where it was referenced in smaller text

· Use professional language (i.e. do not say "guys", say "you all"

· Don't begin with "Good afternoon." You do not know when they will be viewing it.
