This week, you will continue with your course long project and focus on estimating the duration for each activity listed on the WS. You will once again use Microsoft Project to complete the estimation process. The following steps will guide you through this process:

1. Open Microsoft Project and use the Auto Schedule mode

2. On the Project tan, you will enter the reasonable start date for the project in the project information section.

3. Open the resource sheet. Using the resources that you allocated in Week 3, you will create a definitive list of all resources for the project.

4. Using any method you choose; you will enter the estimated durations for each task.

5. Submit the estimation of duration using the Gantt chart.
