A communication plan provides information in a clear and direct way to all parties involved in the project. As you discussed in your Week 5 - Collaborative Discussion: Communication Plan, there are several different templates available and ways to develop an agile communication plan.
Create an agile communications strategy for the project or task you used for the Weeks 2 and 4 summative assessments that includes a communication plan and a status report outline. These two items will help you collaborate with your stakeholders throughout your project’s lifecycle.
Use a template of your choice (e.g., you may use one from your collaborative discussion) and create a communication plan that includes the necessary information for a comprehensive and quantifiable agile communications strategy for your project’s stakeholders. Remember: What is good for your project may not be good for others. Headings may include, but are not limited to:

Creating a New Software: Agile Approach
The project is about creating the new software app using the agile methodology.
The objective of this software is to fill gaps in business processes and improve the efficiency of the operation (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
Its importance is to ensure better customer experience, the reduction of processes and the ability to compete in the market.
The agile approach provides the necessary flexibility, adaptability to needs of changing requirements, and faster release of valuable features (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
This makes the project essential for the company's development, innovation, and remaining at the forefront of technology in the field.
Current Software Development Process
The present system of software development is based on the waterfall model.
Challenges consist of lengthy development cycles causing delayed product releasing.
Rigidity in the ability to make adjustments to address dynamic needs prevents agility to tackle the market demands (Gaborov et al., 2021).
The occurrence of communication gaps between development teams and stakeholders leads to miscommunications and reworking.
Testing and feedback are integrated into the system at the end of the cycle which can lead to quality problems (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
The collaboration between teams and departments being limited affects the cohesion and efficiency of projects as a whole.
Clerical processes hamper progress and form an obstacle to the development of agile models making it possible to react quickly to customer needs (Gaborov et al., 2021).
Agile Concepts Overview
Agile methodology is described as the method in which the software development is done multiple times in the successive manner (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
Among the principles are adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement.
Benefits of Agile:
Increased agility and the ability to adapt to the evolution of requirements.
Iterative development cycles (sprints) allow faster time-to-market.
Value delivery based on customer collaboration and user stories (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
Continuous integration promotes a code integration and testing regime with improved quality.
Emphasis on feedback loops allows for early detection and quick resolution of issues, higher product quality (Gaborov et al., 2021).
Applying Agile Concepts to Software Development
The new software project will follow agile methodology in order to deliver iterative development as well as to promote continuous enhancement.
Sprints: The project will be iterative in nature and will be divided into short, time-boxed iterations, called sprints, which are usually 2-4 weeks long.
Every sprint will be devoted to completing a particular set of prioritized tasks or user stories in order to achieve the plans permanently (Rasnacis & Berzisa, 2017).
Feedback Loops: Regular feedback sessions will be held with the stakeholders and end-users after each sprint.
Feedback will be taken into account for later iterations, bringing in the option to make adjustments and improvements based on real-time feedback (Gaborov et al., 2021).
The process is incremental in nature, meaning rapid development, frequent validation and adaptation is in line with changing business needs.
Continuous Improvement in Software Development
Agile methods of software development are expected to markedly increase the quality of software by promoting regular testing and feedback loop integration.
Time-to-Market: The agile method's iterative approach and an emphasis on working software in it's short cycles reduce time-to-market as opposed to the waterfall method (Zafar et al., 2017).
Continuous Improvement: Iterative feedback and adaptation lead to continuous development where the software adapts to the changing and affecting customer requirements (Zafar et al., 2017).
Better Customer Satisfaction: Agile's customer-centric approach, quick response to customer feedback and frequent delivery of valuable features make customers happy and more satisfied (Gaborov et al., 2021).
Agile creates an environment of perpetual improvement with respect to innovation, quality, and customer-centricity in programming.
Mindset Change for the Development Team
Agile principles require for one to shift to the mindset of fostering collaboration, adaptability, and focusing on the customer experience.
Teams must put customer value in first place, releasing the software in small batches often (Hayat et al., 2019).
An open dialogue and transparency is the key to teamwork and mutual trust.
The team members who are given the chance to make rejoice are the ones that promote accountability and innovation (Zafar et al., 2017).
Agile supports experiments, and it helps to learn from failures by what is called continuous improvement and adaptation (Hayat et al., 2019).
Embracing agility in decision-making and problem-solving brings about swifter adaptations and optimal project results.
Agile Decision-Making Process
Agile creates self-organizing teams with decision-making skills.
Team members have the opportunity for close collaboration with stakeholders and users during the whole development process.
Frequent user feedback sessions represent a significant source of information on user's choices and needs (Hayat et al., 2019).
Feedback is kept within the development cycle so that the product can fulfill user expectations (Zafar et al., 2017).
Stakeholders are deeply involved in defining features and location of the projects.
By doing so, they influence decision-making by matching it to the objectives of the business and the needs of customers (Hayat et al., 2019).
Communication Artifacts in Agile Development
Daily Standups enable daily sharing of progress, challenges, and plans creating transparency and teamwork synergy.
Sprint Reviews offer chances for on-time completion of tasks, feedback sharing, and stakeholders’ alignment for the project (Hayat et al., 2019).
Backlog Grooming Sessions also aid in the prioritization and refinement of tasks, where they are aligned to the overall project scope and objectives (Hayat et al., 2019).
These artifacts enhance transparency by keeping all the team members up to date and informed about the project tasks.
Cooperation is improved since teams always meet, share achievements, and tackle problems jointly (Zafar et al., 2017).
The goal of project alignment is accomplished by the loops of continuous feedback and the focus on value delivery and expectations of stakeholders.
Conclusion
Agile approach promotes iterative development, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Customer feedback, sprints, and engagement of stakeholders help to achieve the success of projects and satisfy the customers.
Agile empowers teams to take the right decisions, adjust rapidly, and produce value continuously.
Team members should directly apply agile principles to their projects to improve the results and increase the efficiency of the team.
The adoption of agile strategies such as partnership, flexibility and customer orientation in decision-making will bring better results.
Adopting agile practices brings positive results in terms of efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction, which helps both the team and the organization.
