In this second part of your experiment, you will need to describe where, when, and how you violated or breeched the norm, and provide details of the sanctions that occurred. (Note: If no sanctions, or very light sanctions occurred, repeat the norm violation up to three times.) Indicate if the prediction in your hypothesis was valid: Did the sanctions occur as you had predicted?

Report:

Then report the results of your interviews of the people whose norm you violated to find out what they were thinking and feeling when you violated the norm; and describe how they decided on what sanction to apply to you. If the sanction was different than you expected, find out why during the interview.
