Final Project - Business Plan Summary & Business Plan Video\
For this assignment, I will need for you to follow the prompts with powerpoint slides that will last at least 5-12 minutes. This is my final assignment for this class and I have to pass this because it is worth 250 points. I will record the video, I just need you to follow the directions and follow it. I have attached the work that was done for module 7, and it is this which you must use for this final assignment. Any questions, please let me know.
· Points 250
· Available Feb 21 at 12am - Mar 7 at 11:59pm
Your final project will be built upon the research you did in week 7. You are doing a video (pitch).
Instead of being in a live classroom making your presentation, you are doing it via video (between 5-12 mins).
The objective is to convince decision makers with funding authority to give you the resources necessary to implement your idea. The idea should be reasonably feasible, and should be supported with facts that you have researched. You will need to be sure to include the following elements in your presentation:
Use PowerPoint slides, with visual support (pictures, graphs, etc.).
Use correct spelling and grammar. If you have any doubt about the grammar and sentence construction, have your submission submitted by the FSU writing center prior to submitting the assignment for the class.
Remember to use techniques of persuasive communication, with appropriate research and supporting visuals.
· Research component – The argument you are making must be supported by research, for this strengthens your argument.
· Video component - You will be graded on the following:
· Voice and speech patterns
· Eye contact, posture, and gestures
· Professionalism and how you are dressed
· The content includes a clear statement of purpose
· Evidence of research
· Argument is compelling
· You know what you are talking about
· Meets time requirement
· Quality of video (lighting, sound, visibility)
· Finished product
· Upload video to YouTube then provide the URL below. If you have privacy concerns, you can set your video to "UNLISTED" not private. With it being unlisted, only individuals with the link can see it. If you set it to private, I cannot see and will not be able to grade it.
· Do not upload video directly to Canvas, only the YouTube link.
· Attach your written proposal (from week 7) to this assignment as well.
· Again, two things you will include - the YouTube link and the attached written proposal from week 7
· You can submit the YouTube link in the assignment comments if need be

Business Proposal - Digital Literacy Hub
Introduction and Background.
Digital technologies are becoming an important force in the global economy, but to be able to engage in it, a large segment of the populace does not have the necessary skills. Digital illiteracy has become a decisive factor in economic opportunity, access to education, and even health. According to research by Arias Lopez and others (2023), digital literacy is now directly connected to health equity and social inclusion, which shows a sense of urgency to expand the training of digital skills. This proposal aims at securing funds to start up Digital Literacy Hub, a train and assistance firm to impart low-cost and effective digital skills training to pupils, job applicants and small proprietors.
The market need of digital skills is high. The Global Innovation Index points out that nations and societies that invest in digital capabilities have a better chance of staying competitive in the unpredictable economic settings (Dutta et al., 2023). Meanwhile, there is a lot of small businesses and workers who do not handle the adoption of digital tools. Digital Literacy Hub will fill this gap by providing organized and transparent training initiatives to enhance labor preparedness and entrepreneurial achievement.
Project Description
Digital Literacy Hub will provide full training courses, which will encompass the basic computer skills, online business applications, social media marketing, cybersecurity awareness, and training in productivity software. The business shall be conducted using a mixed type of delivery model that will integrate both the face-to-face workshops and online learning to ensure access and scalability.
It is a viable project because its cost of starting up is relatively low and its demand is well documented. According to Koneru (2025), digital learning has cut barriers to scalable education program provision considerably since cloud-based and automated systems are used. Digital literacy Hub will take advantage of these technologies by having a learning management platform to assist with remote learning and tracking of progress.
The advantages of adopting this initiative are very high. Digital literacy can be used to improve the competitiveness of the workforce and facilitate economic inclusion in developing and emerging markets. According to Oloyede et al. (2023), the growth of the digital economy is a major way of enhancing productivity and economic growth in developing nations. In comparison, the lack of investment in digital skills would contribute to the further increase of the digital divide and decrease the number of jobs.
The suggested methodology will involve curriculum development, technology infrastructure establishment, specific marketing, and the gradual transition of the program. Some of the resources needed are training equipment, software platforms, instructional staff and community partnerships. The possible barriers are the lack of initial enrolment and access to technology. The solutions to these risks will be using flexible pricing, community outreach, and scholarship programs.
Credentials
I am best suited to spear head the Digital Literacy Hub initiative because I have a good academic background, experience in research and effective communication skills in the workplace. The areas of my coursework that have focused on the analysis of thought, effective writing, and awareness of technology are all requirements to create effective training programs. I also worked with different learners, which also enhances my capability to develop accessible and inclusive instructions.
To further guarantee the quality of the program, I will cooperate with the certified training of digital skills and engage in continuous professional growth. All these qualifications put me in a place to effectively execute, run, and grow the proposed venture.

Research across the world finds evidence to the fact that digitization literacy has become a requirement to economic participation, innovation, and social inclusion. The proposed venture is practical, feasible, and high-impact solution that will take the workforce readiness and the growth of small businesses to the next level.
Digital Literacy Hub has a successful opportunity as it has a market need, excellent implementation strategy, and quantifiable rewards. Investment in this project will facilitate decrease of digital inequality, enhance economic involvement, and generate sustainable community influence.
