Read the beginning of the research paper "Discriminatory Effects: Desegregation Litigation in Higher Education in Georgia" published in the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal. Read the first six pages (much of each page is taken up by footnotes) until you reach Section I and then answer the questions below in a short paper.

• How do you feel about affirmative action in general?
• What actions do you believe should be taken regarding desegregating historically black colleges, and why?
