You need to revise for your final paper:

1) you did not write stakes, you wrote what happened. Review your book for what stakes are. Stakes are what the stakeholder stands to gain or lose if the school does poorly. We went over this during the conference calls. For example, employees stakes are their jobs, wages, and benefits. 

2) You have some citation issues. There are several areas taken word-for-word from sources and not cited. Please restate in your own words.
