Find a recent (within the last 4 years, the more recent the better) example of:

• an IPO,
• a seasoned equity offering and
• a Leveraged Buyout.

For each of the 3 scenarios above, describe the details of the transaction, who the principal players were, and what the effects were on the company.

Be sure to include the benefits to the original owners in the IPO, and the effects on existing shareholders in the seasoned equity offering.

Is there a way that you or I could have participated in the LBO? If so, how. If not, why not?
