• Draft articles of incorporation for a corporation of your choosing. Consult your state’s website for corporations, and follow the specific requirements in your state.
• Your corporation can be created for any lawful purpose. It must, however, have these minimum provisions: Two incorporators; a registered agent, who is not an incorporator; common stock. These are, again, minimum requirements. You can feel free to include as many additional provisions as necessary to fulfill your corporation’s purpose.
