Part One

Find an article, court case or video (on YouTube) or other sources on a business that is involved in a legal action (being sued by an individual(s) or the government (criminal or civil) or an article or video on about business ethics. This is wide open for your research. Post a link to the article, court case or video. Post a summary of the article, court case or video. Explain what you learned from the video or article and why it is relevant to this module.

Part Two

ALL STUDENTS MUST RESPOND TO THESE QUESTIONS:

1. Explain why your "ethics" or how people perceive you or your business is important to your business success. 

2. Give an example of when you made a decision to do or not to do business with someone based on their reputation. (Hint think of "reviews").
