You have been working in your place of employment for a little while. 

  • How closely do you believe you have noticed the details of your environment and surroundings? 
  • With pen and paper or your phone in hand to take pictures, take a few minutes during a break at work, and take a leisurely area you usually traverse to get to your desk/office. Look at the walls, ceilings, floors, furnishings, and so forth. What had you not noticed previous to this exercise? 
  • Did you find any surprises?
