 In the position of internal Organizational Development Consultant, also referred to as Organizational Effectiveness Officer, you have conducted a survey of the entire 3,000-employee population at your organization. The common denominator among the millennial generation responses within the workforce is a desire to work from home. Create a strong statement to the effect and make a recommendation to the CEO to add the virtual employment status to the current employment status currently practiced at your firm (i.e., Exempt Full Time; Part Time; Per Diem; Independent Contractor).
