Your project sponsor has set a limit on the amount of money you can spend, believing this is a sufficient amount to complete it. You believe your budget will exceed that limit. Using the information covered in the required readings, describe the key components of your budget, as well as how long it will take to complete the project (using the materials we covered this week).
