Build and Run a Facility

Please review the Rubrics, points are apportioned in accordance with the criterion as put forth.

1)   1000 word minimum, not including title page and references.

2)   Select a type of facility and describe the area selection process, set-up of the facility and operations.

3)   Address the following concerns: location, marketing/promotion, security, operations, maintenance, financial matters, etc…The assignment is to include the aforementioned, but is not limited to subjects listed. It’s the responsibility of the student to consider all relevant functions.
