 Student should choose a topic from the above recommended books, an article or subject of interest to you (with approval) to write a two-page double-spaced paper. Paper must be written about the core or abs. Papers written about how the core/abs relates to a specific sport or back pain are great examples. For example topics, please ask instructor. Turn paper in before deadline on eCourseware. Papers will not be accepted via email. Papers received late will earn an automatic Zero.
