need a budget here is where the money will go inmates will b known as counselors in the program and they work 4 hour shifts at $30.00 hr program is 8 weeks monday- Friday leasing a facility for maybe $3,000 monthly (1 )food  (2)appliances costs (3) Furniture (4) bills (5) donate $100,000 to social services so they'll be inclined to participate by appointing workers as program supervisors -set aside money that will allow us to advertise program towards future investors so that the program will continue long after the 2 million is spent
