Sarah: Have a great night. 

Speaker 2: Thanks Sarah, you too. Oh wait, come back for a minute. I want to talk to you about something. 

Sarah: Sure, what's up? 

Speaker 2: You're doing great work on this project and if you keep going in this direction, you'll be up for a promotion at the end of the year. Just a few things to work on and you'll be on your way. 

Sarah: Wow. That's nice to hear. 

Speaker 2: We'll talk another time about everything, don't worry about it.
