Hot buttons are internal drivers triggered by what someone may say or do that create conflict. Reflect on your own hot buttons, and identify two or three. Why do you believe these hot buttons exist? Describe a situation when these hot buttons created conflict. Provide a strategy on how you can manage these hot buttons to improve interpersonal relationships.

Interpersonal Conflict is an expressed struggle between at least two interdependent people who perceive incompatible goals, scarce resources, or interference in the achievement of their goals. There are three types of conflict - pseudo conflict, simple conflict and ego conflict. What are these types of conflict and can you provide an example of when you have experienced them?
