Discussion Prompt: After reviewing the materials about rhetorical appeals and the directions for the first essay and any notes from Wednesday's class, please consider the following questions to write a posting of at least 150 words long. Look at the summary verbs in TSIS on page 43 (Verbs for Making a Claim). Choose one of the verbs for use.
Find the main idea of the article"Your Children's Smart Phones Aren't Making Them Smarter”. You will have to look back at your annotated article.
Complete one sentence using a verb below to set out the main idea (see sample sentences below).
