Book review of Identify Crisis

I need a five page book review of the book Identify Crisis by  John Sides, Lynn Vavreck and Micheal Tesler. It needs to be four pages of review and should be a summary of the content of the book and then one page of critiquing the book. It needs to be double spaces, MLA format. I have the book and can send pictures if needed.
