Now that you have viewed the video, consider the reading material and do the following:
In the narrated presentation in Module 4, you were asked to provide examples of aircraft accidents or workplace accidents where training might have made a difference in aviation maintenance errors (see attachment of presentation in Module 4).
- Use one of your researched accidents specifically and briefly explain it. (look at attachment)
- Determine if this type maintenance-related error happens more often than not in the industry. The Dirty Dozen are preconditions for unsafe acts.
