You have been invited to present a paper at a conference. The assigned theme for your paper is "The most urgent individual OB issues facing organizations today." Your audience is largely a practitioner audience. However, your paper needs to be supported by good research and constructed in good academic form.

Tasks:

• Research at least three relevant individual OB issues to discuss at the conference.
• Justify on the basis of research, rationale, and appropriate practical examples why the three issues should be considered the most urgent that organizations face.
• Assess the consequences if organizations do not address these issues.
• Assess the benefits to organizations for addressing these issues.
• Defend action steps organizations should consider to address the issues presented.

Submission Details:

• Complete your paper in a 6- to 8-page Microsoft Word document.
• Name your document SU_MGT7100_W4_A2_LastName_FirstInitial.doc.
• Submit your document to the W4 Assignment 2 Dropbox by Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
• Use APA format and style for your paper.
